  • If the size is like the opening for a juicer, then it will fit whole. You just need to remove the stem.
  • If you can't remove the stem, it's best to cut the apple in half and then remove the stem.
Is it necessary to cut food before putting it in the juicer?
  • Each food has its own preparation methods before putting it in the juicer, depending on its specific characteristics.
    • e.g. celery stalk – due to atypically hard and long fibers, celery stalk needs to be cut and shortened to 1 cm – 4 cm in length (except REVO model)
    • e.g. beetroot – due to its extremely rigid structure, it needs to be cut into slices like meatballs
    • All instructions are included with the juicer.
Can plant-based milks be made in a juicer?
  • Plant-based milks can be made in a juicer.
  • Soak the desired nuts in water and leave overnight (or at least 1 hour before juicing). Before juicing, discard the water the nuts were soaked in and add new water. Slowly add approximately equal amounts of nuts and water to the juicer. The more water you add, the thinner or thicker your plant-based milk will be.
  • The plant milk comes out through the juice outlet, and the nut pulp comes out through the pulp outlet. You can use the pulp by drying it into flour or making raw cookies, etc.
Can dates go in a juicer?
  • Dates with the pit removed can go in the juicer.
  • You can add one or two dates to sweeten the squeezed juice a little if needed or to your own taste.
Can pomegranates be squeezed in a juicer?
  • Pomegranate can be squeezed in a juicer.
  • Clean it and remove the white pulp, and put the seeds in the juicer. You can mix it with an apple for flavor and extra juice volume.

  • Rosehips cannot be squeezed or pureed in a juicer.

Can aronia be squeezed in a juicer?
  • Aronia can be squeezed in a juicer.

  • Slowly insert the chokeberry into the juicer. Since the seeds are quite hard, you will be able to squeeze up to a maximum of one liter of juice from pure chokeberry before the pulp outlet and/or juice strainer become clogged. When this happens, you must disassemble the juicer, clean it, dry it, and then reassemble it to continue juicing.

  • If you want to increase the volume of juice or dilute the taste of aronia, you can always do so by adding apples.

  • It is suggested to juice 500g to 800g, then stop juicing, wash the juicers, and continue juicing.

Can grapes be squeezed in a juicer?
  • Grapes can be squeezed in a juicer.

  • Remove the stems from the grapes and slowly place them in the juicer. Since the seeds are quite hard, you will be able to squeeze up to one liter of juice from pure grapes before the pulp outlet and/or juice screen become clogged. When this happens, you must disassemble the juicer, clean it, dry it, and then reassemble it to continue juicing.

  • If you want to increase the volume of juice or dilute the grape flavor, you can always do so by throwing in apples.

Do apples or pears need to be cored or peeled before being put in a juicer?
  • An apple or pear does not need to be peeled or cored.

  • It is necessary to remove the woody parts or stalk from an apple or pear.

Is it necessary to peel citrus fruits (oranges, grapefruit, lemons, limes, tangerines,...) before juicing?
  • Citrus fruits need to be peeled, especially if they are not local. The peel contains extremely strong essential oils, which can be quite difficult to stomach.

  • You don't have to peel homemade lemons and they sometimes give a special aromatic flavor to the juice.

  • If you choose not to peel the citrus fruits, the peel and white pulp will give the juice a rather bitter taste.

How long does it take to clean a juicer?
  • Cleaning the juicer takes 2-5 minutes.

  • All parts should be rinsed thoroughly under lukewarm water and all grooves should be checked to make sure they are free of food residue and pulp. You can also wash them with a soft cloth and a drop of detergent.

  • The most important thing is to brush the sieve well so that every hole in the sieve is nice and clean, for hygiene and longevity.

  • Do not wash in the dishwasher.

Which juicer is the easiest to clean?
  • All cold-press juicers are easy to clean.

  • Wash by hand. Juicer parts are not dishwasher safe .

  • With each juicer, there are associated brushes with which the most important thing is to keep the sieve well brushed and hygienic to use. The other parts are rinsed under lukewarm water and washed with the soft part of the sponge and with dishwashing detergent.

What products can be used to clean juicer parts?
  • With regular gentle dishwashing detergent and the soft part of the sponge to avoid scratching sensitive parts.

  • You can soak the upper parts of the juicer (drum, sieve, sieve cleaner and screw) in water and vinegar overnight according to the manufacturer's instructions, which are included with the juicer. It is recommended at least once a month.

  • If there are a lot of food color deposits left on the drum, you can put a little vegetable oil on a cotton ball and rub it gently.

I have paint and scale deposits on the parts and drum, what should I do?
  • If the juicer parts have become stained by food, according to the manufacturer's instructions included with the device, you can take a regular cotton swab, soak it in vegetable oil, and use the cotton swab to rub over the stale food stains on the drum.
  • Repeat the process and change the cotton pad until you have removed all the stains from the parts.
  • Remove limescale by immersing the drum, sieve, sieve cleaner and whisk in water with vinegar and leave it overnight to dissolve.

What can't I put in the juicer?
  • Hard pits - Remove hard pits before putting the ingredients into the juicer (peaches, apricots, mangoes, plums, cherries, etc.)

  • Hard or inedible peel - peel it before juicing (pineapple, melon, orange, etc.)

  • Frozen fruit or ice - let it thaw completely before juicing (unless you are using an ice cream strainer)

  • Vegetable or animal oils and fats - using these foods can damage the juicer (butter, margarine, oil, sesame seeds, etc.)

  • Other - do not put foods that do not contain water (coconut, sugar cane, grains, etc.) into the juicer.

  • Rosehip.

  • Foods that have been cooked (such as tomatoes, etc.)

The juicer stopped during operation.
  • Adding too many ingredients at once may cause the juicer to stop.

  • Juicing for too long and not washing the juicer on time (you should notice when the pulp starts to come out thinner or the squeezed juice becomes thicker).

  • If the juicer has stopped due to too much food being put in:

    • Press the REVERSE buttons in sequence (let the screw turn a few times) – OFF – and start the juicer with the FORWARD button.

    • If necessary, repeat the process once more.

    • The REVERSE button pushes the food backwards, or upwards, and the FORWARD button pushes it forward, or downwards.

  • If the juicer has stopped due to overload, allow it to cool for 30 minutes to 2 hours before using it again.

  • If you put something into the juicer that is not recommended, it may damage the juicer or block the motor (hard stones, spoons, knives, forks, cooking spoons, etc.)

Juice leaks from the juicing bowl (drum) at the base
  • If the silicone on the pulp outlet on the base of the juicing bowl is not inserted properly, juice may leak onto the base of the juicer (Before assembling the juicer parts, check that the silicone on the pulp outlet is inserted properly.).

  • If you have incorrectly replaced the drum silicone.

  • If you haven't had your regular service done on time.

  • If your drum is damaged or worn out.

  • If it is crowded with beets or celery.

The squeezed juice is separated
  • Due to differences in the density of juice obtained from different foods, the juice can separate into layers.

  • Depending on how long the squeezed juice has been sitting.

  • Depending on the quality of the food.

Can foods with very hard fibers be squeezed?
  • Foods like celery or ginger have long fibers that can wrap around the screw and reduce the juicer's efficiency, so they need to be cut into shorter pieces.

  • When juicing these foods, it is recommended that you disassemble and clean the juicer after 4 dl of juice has been extracted, and then you can continue juicing.

  • Before juicing, we recommend soaking these foods in cold water for better usability.

The ejected pulp is very moist.
  • At the very beginning of juicing, the pulp may be more moist.

  • The moisture content of the pulp depends on the type and quality of the ingredients used. If the ingredients are not fresh, the juice may be thrown out along with the pulp.

  • For example, juicing a banana is not very practical due to the fact that it is a soft and not "juicy" food. If you would still like to juice a banana, cut it into shorter slices and juice it together with the apple, alternating between them.

The juicer shakes during juicing.
  • The juicer's auger and sieve are designed to crush and press various foods. It is normal for the juicer to have a slight deflection during operation.

  • If the food contains a lot of fiber or is tough, the juicer may make scraping, whining, or crunching sounds.

  • If, due to improper use, something is stuck or damaged from the parts and the juicer is not working properly, do not use the juicer and it must be sent to our service center in Zagreb.

The lid of the juicer cannot be closed
  • Check that the screw is properly positioned inside the sieve.

  • If the screw is not properly installed, the juicer lid will not close.

  • If the silicone door on the drum is not closed properly, you will also not be able to close the juicer.

  • If any part is cracked or torn, drum or lid.

There is too much pulp in the juice.
  • When you continuously juice, depending on the food, the juice may contain larger amounts of pulp.

  • To reduce the amount of pulp in the juice, disassemble the juicer more often and clean the sieve and other parts.

  • If the food is of poor quality, it is either not fresh or you cut it incorrectly.

  • If the sieve and screw are damaged and affect the juicer's efficiency, they need to be replaced.

  • If you put too much food in the juicer at once, you can cause it to stop. This can result in more pulp in the juicer. Add the ingredients slowly, one at a time.

A small amount of squeezed juice
  • Different foods contain different amounts of water and therefore yield different amounts of juice.

  • If the food is not fresh, it may contain a reduced amount of water, which results in a smaller amount of juice.

  • Check that the silicone at the pulp outlet is inserted correctly.

  • If the food contains little water, keep it soaked in water before squeezing for better utilization of the food.

  • If you are juicing foods with small seeds, after a few glasses the amount of juice extracted may decrease and the juicer should be cleaned before continuing juicing.

  • If small seeds accumulate at the bottom of the sieve, they can affect the juicing efficiency and the amount of juice extracted.

How to clean a juicer?
  • When you are finished juicing, turn the juicer lid counterclockwise to the OPEN mark.

  • Rinse the cover with warm water and/or a sponge and detergent and leave it to dry.

  • Remove the screw, sieve and sieve cleaner from the juicing bowl.

  • Rinse all parts thoroughly with warm water, and clean and brush the sieve thoroughly with the included sieve brush.

  • When you have rinsed the juicer, move the silicone (silicone door) at the bottom of the pulp outlet so that you can rinse out any remaining pulp using the brush provided. After cleaning, put the silicone back in place, otherwise you will not be able to reassemble the juicer.

  • Once you have cleaned all the parts, leave them to dry.

  • The entire cleaning process takes 2-5 minutes.

  • It is important to note that the cleaner your juicer is, the more efficient it will be and the better the juicing results will be. Try to keep pulp from accumulating on the parts of your juicer.

  • According to the manufacturer's instructions, the upper parts of the juicer, which are attached to the device, can be soaked overnight in water with vinegar.

  • If the parts have been stained by food, according to the manufacturer's instructions included with the appliance, you can take a cotton swab soaked in vegetable oil and use it to go over the stale food stains on the drum.

Can I wash the juicer parts in the dishwasher?
  • The parts are NOT intended for washing in a dishwasher.

  • Washing clothes in a washing machine causes:

    • bleaching of plastic

    • plastic wear and tear and shorter lifespan

    • cracking of plastic and/or a part, so it is necessary to buy a new part

  • The plastic is BPA free and therefore does not tolerate chemicals that it would come into contact with in the dishwasher.

  • Cleaning the juicer is very quick and easy - all you need to do is rinse all parts in warm water and clean the sieve with the included sieve brush.

  • Before reassembling the juicer after cleaning, check for pulp residue in the slots on the screw base.

  • Also, check that the silicone (silicone door) on the base of the juicing container at the pulp outlet is properly inserted.

I can't assemble the juicer.
  • Check that the juicer is assembled correctly by making sure the red dots are aligned.

  • Remove and unpack all juicer parts from the box.

  • Insert the sieve into the silicone sieve cleaner – check that it can rotate easily around the sieve.

  • Insert the screw inside the sieve.

  • Check that the silicone (silicone door) on the base of the juicing container, on the pulp outlet, is correctly inserted.

  • Insert the screw with the sieve and sieve cleaner into the juicer bowl, making sure that the red dot on the sieve and the red dot on the juicer bowl are aligned.

  • Check if the screw can be turned.

  • Place the lid on the juicing bowl so that the red dots on the lid and juicing bowl are aligned and gently turn the lid to the CLOSE mark.

  • You will not be able to start the juicer if all parts are not assembled correctly.
