The service description is included with each device in the warranty card.
Regular servicing is performed every two years for home use, and every 6 months or 12 months for commercial use.
The base of the juicer is opened where the motor is located, the motor is cleaned and lubricated, and the seals in the motor and the upper silicone parts, which are consumables, are replaced. Other parts of the juicer / replacement parts are replaced as needed / worn out.
Regular service will help make the device as hygienic and clean as possible for use and last as long as possible.
The service center is located in Zagreb, Lanište, and delivery costs are borne by the buyer, as delivery costs are not covered by the warranty.
