I can't assemble the juicer.

Check that the juicer is assembled correctly by making sure the red dots are aligned.

Remove and unpack all juicer parts from the box.

Insert the sieve into the silicone sieve cleaner – check that it can rotate easily around the sieve.

Insert the screw inside the sieve.

Check that the silicone (silicone door) on the base of the juicing container, on the pulp outlet, is correctly inserted.

Insert the screw with the sieve and sieve cleaner into the juicer bowl, making sure that the red dot on the sieve and the red dot on the juicer bowl are aligned.

Check if the screw can be turned.

Place the lid on the juicing bowl so that the red dots on the lid and juicing bowl are aligned and gently turn the lid to the CLOSE mark.

You will not be able to start the juicer if all parts are not assembled correctly.
