Foods like celery or ginger have long fibers that can wrap around the screw and reduce the juicer's efficiency, so they need to be cut into shorter pieces.
When juicing these foods, it is recommended that you disassemble and clean the juicer after 4 dl of juice has been extracted, and then you can continue juicing.
Before juicing, we recommend soaking these foods in cold water for better usability.
