With the Kuvings fermenter, you can make delicious homemade cheeses and yogurts, homemade syrups, fruit wines, homemade vinegar, pickled vegetables... All plastic parts are BPA free, and cleaning them is very easy.
The fermentation process is one of the oldest methods of food preservation - it is a complex transformation of organic substances with the help of microorganisms' enzymes, during which new substances are created (alcohol, lactic acid, vinegar, vitamins, aromas).
