How often should water distiller filters be changed?
  • They change every 30 distillations, or 30 days, if you do one distillation per day.
  • Depending on how often you distill, you should change your filters more often.
How and how often is a distiller cleaned?
  • It is best to wipe the distiller in a circular motion with a soft sponge after each distillation to remove any limescale.
  • After every second or third distillation, it needs to be thoroughly cleaned with the citric acid included in the package or with vinegar.
    • 1 tablespoon of citric acid and water to the end, let it sit overnight and clean before distillation
    • Pour in the vinegar and water until it is completely full, let it sit for a day and clean before distillation.
Is it necessary to service the distiller?
  • The distiller does not require regular service under warranty.
  • If something happens to the distiller during the warranty period, and it falls under the warranty, the service will repair the defect and perform an appropriate service procedure, depending on the defect.
  • On the distiller it is necessary over time:
    • replace the silicone seal, which is a consumable (water starts to leak slightly from the side of the pot, for example),
    • Blow out and clean the top cover and fan from dust.
How many distillations can be done per day?
  • There is no limit for the daily number of distillations from the manufacturer.
