COLD PRESSING

• The juice is extracted by pressing at low speed (60 revolutions per minute) , thus retaining all the flavor and nutrients. VerVita Elite gently squeezes , while traditional juicers grind and chop ingredients at high speeds, which causes heat generation and loss of valuable nutrients in the juice. Also, due to the speed, the juice is dispersed into small droplets, which causes rapid oxidation, and the resulting juice separates into a watery part and foam, which is not the case with cold pressing.
• Variety: You can also cold press foods like green leafy vegetables, wheatgrass, walnuts, pomegranates, etc. You can also make various plant-based milks (almond, soy, hemp, buckwheat, etc.).
• Quiet operation: Incomparably quieter than traditional juicers. All you hear is the sound of juicy fruits and vegetables sizzling!
• More juice: depending on the food, cold pressing will yield 10-50% more juice !
• Quick rinse: due to the specific way the juicer works, you can quickly rinse it before cleaning or to rinse out the taste between juicing different juices - with the juice outlet cap closed, pour water into the juicer while it is running, taking care not to overflow the drum. Let it run for a short time, then open the cap and let all the water drain out of the drum. Repeat the process as needed.
• Separation-free juice: Cold-pressed juice can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days without significant loss of nutrients. Due to the difference in density, cold-pressed juice can separate into layers that disappear with gentle stirring, which is completely different from the separation of juice due to oxidation in traditional, centrifugal juicers that cut food at very high speeds, mixing it with air. Centrifugal juicers produce heat due to their high speed, which destroys nutrients (vitamin C is particularly sensitive) and causes the juice to separate into a pale, transparent part and foam that collects on the surface.
